Our “No Worry” purchasing system helps in a number of clear steps.


1. Selection

Selection of the appropriate inspection-camera system including accessories either on the Camtronics website or with our representatives.


2. Payment

Pre-payment of the agreed purchase amount.


3. Shipment

Shipment by Camtronics to the address supplied by the customer.


4. Trial period

A 3 day period to determine if the system meets the required needs.


5. Return

If the inspection-camera system does not meet the requirements the system, if unused, can be returned to Camtronics.


6. Refund

Full refund of the agreed purchase price.

This service is available for customers not living in the Netherlands or Belgium. Shipment costs for returning purchased equipment is to be paid by the customer. Full refund will be appropriate for the returned equipment only. Not returned equipment or parts will not be reimbursed.
