A sewer inspection camera is constantly used in an incredibly harsh environment and when a defect occurs it’s always unexpected and always at the worst possible time. At Camtronics we understand these issues and the importance of a quick, high quality repair that keeps downtime as low as possible. We constantly search for solutions that help our customers. We are determined to build long-term relationships with our customers and that’s why we developed the Camtronics No Worry Service.

Camtronics No Worry Service

The Camtronics No Worry Service ensures that you can keep on working while we service or repair your inspection camera system. With our rental systems you can easily keep downtime to a minimum. Our rental systems are always up-to-date, so you are ensured that you are working with the latest technology!

How does it work?

Contact us when your inspection camera system needs to be serviced or repaired. Your system is shipped to us by our pick up service which will also deliver the agreed Camtronics rental system.

      This service is:
    • Quick and flexible
    • Uses fixed low shipping prices (as low as € 21,- per shipment)
    • Uses specially designed shipping containers to provide the best protection for our inspection camera systems. Make sure that you store the shipping containers after you have received your camera.
    Within 1 working day after receiving your camera, we will provide you with a diagnosis and a quotation. The diagnosis includes:
  • System check and problem analysis, with identification of possible future repairs and recommended preventive maintenance. If wanted we can perform, free of charge, an online problem analysis using a webcam and Skype.
  • Quotation including estimated timings for your approval
  • After receiving your approval we will take care of the maintenance or repairs as quickly as possible.

You will be informed on the completion of the maintenance or repair and on the return shipping date. Upon receipt of your inspection camera, simply return the rental system.

To make the Camtronics No Worry Service work efficiently we only need 2 things from you:
• Respond to the quotation within 2 business days
• Ensure that the rental system is returned within 2 working days after receipt of your own inspection camera system.

Of course it’s not an issue if you want or need to use the rental system for a longer period. In that case we will charge the normal, but still very attractive , rental rates. If needed we can also arrange for shipment of the rental system. We use fixed low shipping rates which are based on cost price.
